PhD student at the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen and Senckenberg Center for Human Evolution and Paleoecology, in the framework of the ERC Project PaGE "Paleoanthropology at the Gates of Europe: Human Evolution in the Southern Balkans", awarded to Prof. Katerina Harvati. In 2012 I got a MA degree in Quaternary and Prehistory at the University of Ferrara, and a MA degree in Conservation of Cultural Heritage at the University of Perugia in 2006. My research interests are focused on Paleolithic site formation processes and human behaviour. I'm specialized in the use of computer applications and quantitative methods in archaeology, particularly in GIS and spatial analysis. Since 2009 I'm experienced with fieldwork archaeology, both excavations and surveys.
